Parade continues as normal, with the absence of all of Year 11.
As we approach the start of a new term, and the end of this academic year, we thought it would be best to remind you of expectations which you can refine over the coming weeks as you prepare for the next stage in your CCF careers. It will be split up into two separate posts. I know for some of you, it might be a lot of reading, but you don't go to a grammar school for no reason…
PARADE
GENERAL
Form up by 1610hrs - this should happen without instructions from SNCOs, who will be outside on time also.
Once formed up, you should be at ease, quiet, awaiting instructions, and NOT fixing kit.
Dismissal is 1720. You should maintain the same conduct for the end of parade dismissal.
BEHAVIOUR
You should address SNCOs/ officers by their rank, not by first name. The same applies for any written notes of absence. If you’re not sure of anyone’s rank, ASK!!!
Show all SNCOs respect at all times. You should not be making faces/ talking back when receiving instruction or being reprimanded.
During your lessons you should be respectful of your teachers and the classroom itself. The class should be left exactly as, if not better than, how it was found. Any rubbish goes straight into the bin.
