Year 10 Leadership Weekend 2025

This weekend is aimed solely at Year 10 cadets (plus a handful of selected year 12 cadets in support), and is designed to build up leadership and team working skills over an intensive couple of days.  The entire weekend is spent in the field, including overnight (under bashers), and the activities are designed to test both physical and mental skills.  There will be no recourse to barrack accommodation at any point.  Cadets attending should be physically fit and be able to cope with reasonably demanding physical exercises.  L6th cadets will be assisting the officer staff in running this weekend.

Cadets will be given a briefing note nearer to the actual weekend detailing any preparation required.  Parents will be requested to drop off cadets on Friday evening (in MTP kit) and collect on Sunday morning; the training area is some 45 minutes from Sutton.
