All cadets wishing to leave the CCF must complete the below form.

Once submitted, you must arrange to return your kit to the CCF via SSI Mr Alvin Lau (alvinlau@suttongrammar.school). Kit from Nonsuch Cadets may be returned via the Nonsuch School CCF Coordinator Ms Ellingham.
