February Half Term Training Days

In place of our usual half term camp in February, we intend to run day training for individual year groups over consecutive days. Each day will consist of a morning of ranges (live firing), followed by an afternoon of field exercises (blank firing).

The intention will be for cadets to travel down by minibus from either Nonsuch or SGS, returning to school by (roughly) 1900 on their year groups' particular day. Given that restrictions will almost certainly remain in place, Nonsuch and SGS cadets will remain in their respective school bubbles throughout the course of their day's training.

Registration for the training days will open on Friday 4 December. This notice is going out now to ensure that cadets have equal chance to apply for what are, unfortunately, only limited places. Should you attempt to make a booking and be notified that all places have sold out, please email suttongrammarccf@gmail.com and we will operate a reserve list.

Please be aware that all bookings must be completed by a parent or guardian. A request for payment of £20 will be sent nearer the time to the parent/guardian's email address. This will avoid the need for any refunds in the event that COVID-19 restrictions force us to amend or cancel training.

Bookings can be made by following the Camps menu and selecting Book Now.

Please ensure you select the correct year group event. You must only select the event for your year group and then either a "ticket" for Nonsuch or SGS cadets.

The days will be run as follows:

Saturday 13 February - Year 13

Sunday 14 February - Year 12

Monday 15 February - Year 11

Tuesday 16 February - Year 10
