Please can everyone in RAF including year 9s complete this form. If you already have blues that fit you do not need to fill in this form.

When measuring please get someone else to make the measurments and also ensure the sizes are in cm.

The deadline for your sizes to be in will be Friday 26th November but please complete as soon as possible so we can get the kit ordered.
