RAF Flying Day - Wednesday 29th January

I have listed below the cadets who were on the last flying day, and didn't get to fly due to weather. Please advise me (at gmarshall@suttonmail.org) as soon as possible if you cannot or do not wish to attend Wednesday, and I can re-allocate the position. Similarly, please advise that you are going to attend. I will re-allocate the places of anyone who hasn't contacted me by Monday.

For the cadets attending, please note the following:

1.  We will travel by minibus to RAF Benson. MTP clothing, bring trainers in case required. We have the afternoon session so meet at 1030 at the minibuses at Sutton Grammar School.

  2. I recommend bringing a packed lunch and/or snacks, plus something to read when not flying.

Please can you make sure you bring the blue ID forms * and one of the Medical forms detailed below:

Medical Form (Paper version) 

Medical Form(electronic version, but to be printed on completion).

Please also bring this consent form, duly completed.

* Do not worry about Blue IDs if you do not have them; please make sure you bring consent and medical forms. We can possibly issue some Blue forms on Tuesday.

Return time to SGS is c. 1730hrs
