RAF Muster - Relevant Forms

For cadets going on the RAF Muster Day on Saturday 17th., the following forms need to be brought to parade on Tuesday please:

General Consent Form

Medical Form (Paper copy) OR Medical Form (Electronic Copy for completing, then printing out)

Additional Health Issues form (if relevant)

Please also bring a passport size photograph to the parade.

If you have completed these forms for a recent flying day, you do not need to do a new one.
