Get ready for an action-packed October half-term! Sutton Grammar School CCF is thrilled to announce that registration for our highly anticipated October Camp 2025 is now open. This is an incredible opportunity for cadets to develop their skills, challenge themselves, and experience life in the field.

Location: Crowborough Training Camp, Crowborough TN6 1UB, UK
Eligibility:
All cadets in Years 10-13 (as of September 2025) are invited to attend.
Cadets must have completed their weapon handling training and will be required to pass their weapon handling test prior to attending camp.
Cadets applying must be medically and physically fit enough to attend and must make a self-judgement as to whether they will be able to enjoy a 4-day camp in a physically demanding environment.
Activities: Cadets will spend the weekend predominantly in the field, conducting fieldcraft exercises, including blank firing.
Registration and Selection Process:
Tickets for October Camp 2025 can be obtained from Thursday 11th September 2025 at 4:00 PM until Saturday 20th September 2025 at midday.
Please note that this is not a first-come, first-served system. We operate a weighted random selection system to ensure fairness in allocation.
The ticket price for the camp is £225, which will be paid upon selection.
Selection and Payment:
Selections will be made in the days following the ticket sale period closure. If you are selected, you will receive an email confirming your selection, including a payment link.
Payment must be made by Saturday 4th October 2025, and no later. The payment link will be deactivated on this date. Anyone who has not paid by then, or emailed asking for additional help with payment, will be removed from the list of attendees, and their place will be issued to the first person on the waiting list.
