URGENT - missing kit replacements

Hi guys,

QM Buyondo has graciously extended your grace period for kit, and will be issuing berets, belts, and/or cap badges to anyone who currently doesn't have one. Year 9s this does NOT include you!

You must fill this form out, regardless of if you've already told a year 13 or not. To request any of these items, please fill out the form here.

You have until Friday 29th September - anyone who misses this deadline but still needs these things will be recorded as "lost kit", and you'll have to pay. Prices are:

Beret - £10

Belt - £5

Cap badge - £3

These are the current prices, but may change in line with inflation.
